My philosophy is that outer health begins with inner health. The latest research in medical science is teaching us that the gut is like a second brain. This region uses the enteric nervous system to send and receive impulses to record experiences and respond to emotions.



So, just like we need to keep our brain healthy, it is just as important to keep our gut healthy to achieve optimal wellness.

I believe that the integrity of health is based on a system of wholeness and that we can only heal when we understand the interconnectedness of our bodies. Our bodies want to be in a state of homeostasis, aka balance. How can we achieve this? We start by understanding how the mind, body, heart, and spirit work together. Next, we target the body in the following 3 ways:

  1. Remove stress from the body
  2. Heal the gut
  3. Bring nutrients back into your system
