Yoga is ancient practice used to facilitate a mind, body, and spirit connection through a flow of energy and consciousness. The health benefits of practicing yoga are numerous and include increased flexibility, muscle strength, improved emotional well-being, increased blood flow, heightened immune system, and deepened connection to spiritual health. As a certified yoga instructor I am prepared to lead individual or group sessions in yin or vinyasa yoga.

Yin yoga is more passive in nature and focuses on specific poses, or asanas, that will reach deeper into the connective tissues of the body.

Vinyasa yoga is more active in nature and is a flowing sequence of specific poses, or asanas, that are coordinated with the movements of the breath.

As a certified yoga instructor, I can create a yin or vinyasa session customized to your specific intentions.
