What is the authentic self? If you were to stop right now and take a look in the mirror, you would see your body, hair color, and skin color. If it’s a work day, you would see the outfit or uniform your job requires you to wear. All that you see in the mirrored reflection are representations of your human self; the part of you that is temporary. The authentic self is the REAL you, the FOREVER you. It’s the spirit inside of the body you were given.
The first step to tapping into your authentic self is understanding the Chakra System. Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or disk and is likened to a whirling vortex of energy. There are seven chakras centers in the body, each representing a color of the rainbow and its corresponding vibrational energy.
In this workshop participants can expect to learn about the Chakra system.
